Belfi Events

When you book DJ or photography services with Belfi Events, a retainer fee of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your date.

• Non-refundable retainer: This fee confirms your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Remaining balance: The remaining 70% is due according to your signed agreement, typically before or on the day of the event.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event, the retainer fee will not be returned, but you may reschedule services subject to availability.
